Luxury holidays in Holborn

An often-overlooked area of London wedged between the West End and the historic Square Mile, Holborn is mostly a busy spread of legal buildings and offices, such as the Royal Courts of Justice and nearby Inns of Court. But being a place of work means that it's inevitably a place of play, too, in the many bars and restaurants, as well as at Leather Lane Market (home not to leather goods but street-food sellers). London's jewellery quarter, Hatton Gardens, is in Holborn, as is Lincoln's Inn Fields, whose border of terraced mansions includes the fascinating Sir John Soane's Museum.
