Luxury holidays in 1st arrondissement

It doesn't get much more central in Paris than the 1st arrondissement, also known as the Louvre, which is home to the eponymous gallery as well as the Jardin des Tuileries. And although it's the smallest by population and one of the smallest by size, it does feature the capital's largest shopping mall, the Forum des Halles, and is the starting point for the 2nd to the 20th arrondissements, which spiral outwards from here.
