Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine (to give it its full title) is home to Paris' premier flea market, the highest concentration of antique and second-hand furniture dealers in the world. It's also a stylish suburb in its own right, with a burgeoning cafe and bar culture just north of Paris' Boulevard Périphérique.
