Deposit Policy

A credit card is required at the time of booking for all stays. For stays during festive season (9 to 17 February 2024, 1 October to 30 November 2024, 25 January to 1 February 2025, 27 September to 29 November 2025), the remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival. For stays during super high season (23 to 31 December 2023, 1 to 2 January 2024, 16 March to 13 April 2024, 21 to 31 December 2024, 1 to 2 January 2025, 15 March to 20 April 2025, 20 to 31 December 2025), the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during peak season (30 September to 25 November 2023, 9 to 22 December 2023, 27 April to 6 May 2024, 10 to 17 August 2024 , 7 to 20 December 2024, 26 April to 5 May 2025, 9 to 16 August 2025, 6 to 19 December 2025), cancellations are free until 3pm (local time) seven days before arrival; those made later will be charged for one night. For stays during festive season (9 to 17 February 2024, 1 October to 30 November 2024, 25 January to 1 February 2025, 27 September to 29 November 2025), cancellations are free until 3pm (local time) 14 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during super high season (23 to 31 December 2023, 1 to 2 January 2024, 16 March to 13 April 2024, 21 to 31 December 2024, 1 to 2 January 2025, 15 March to 20 April 2025, 20 to 31 December 2025), cancellations are free until 3pm (local time) 30 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full.
