Deposit Policy

For rooms and suites stays between 21 December 2024 and 3 January 2025, a full non-refundable deposit is required by 1 October 2024. For Villa stays between 21 December 2024 and 3 January 2025, a one-night non-refundable deposit is due by 1 October. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

For rooms and suite stays between 21 December 2024 and 3 January 2025, you can cancel for free up to 30 September 2024, after that, you will be charged for one night. For stays in villas at any time, cancellations will be charged for one night’s stay. For stays in Riverfront and Riverfront Premier rooms during the rest of the year, cancellations are free up to 3pm (local time), five days before arrival; those made later will be charged one night’s stay. For stays in suites during the rest of the year, cancellations are free up to 3pm (local time), 14 days before arrival; those made later will be charged one night’s stay.
