Deposit Policy

Casa Hormiga requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in. For High Season (15 Jul-15 Aug + 10 Dec-15 Jan), stays are non refundable & 100% deposit is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are free up until 14 days before arrival. After this point, the deposit will be forfeited. One date change is possible within a year of the original booking; the rate difference would need to be paid in advance. For High Season (15 Jul-15 Aug + 10 Dec-15 Jan), stays are non refundable & 100% deposit is due at the time of booking.
