Deposit Policy

Château de Théoule requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The remaining balance is due 21 days prior to arrival. Both payments, once taken, are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made later than 1 hour after booking will incur a charge of 30 percent. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 21 days before arrival will incur a charge in full.
