Deposit Policy
A 50 per cent deposit is taken at booking; the balance is due on arrival. Stays booked less than 30 days before arrival will be charged in full at booking. The deposit is refundable for cancellations made more than 15 days before arrival; for cancellations made 15 days or less prior to arrival the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 to 21 days before arrival will be charged 2 25 per cent of the total stay. Cancellations made 20 to 14 days before arrival will be charged for 50 per cent of the total stay. Cancellations made 14 to seven days before arrival will be charged 75 per cent of the total stay. Cancellations made seven to the day before arrival will be charged 90 percent of the total stay. In case of no-show, 100 per cent of the total booking will be charged.
