Deposit Policy

Domes Novos Santorini requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The remaining balance is due 21 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For bookings between 1 June and 30 September, you can cancel for free up until 14 days before arrival, otherwise the full amount of the booking will be charged. At other times of the year, you can cancel for free up until seven days before arrival, otherwise the full amount of the booking will be charged.
