Deposit Policy
Eagles Palace requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
For best available rate and standard rate bookings a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. For stays on these rates between 7 April to 22 June 2023 and 4 September to 31 October 2023, the remaining balance is due seven days before arrival. For stays on these rates between 23 June to 3 September 2023, the remaining balance is due 21 days before arrival.
Stays on the non-refundable rate will be required to pay in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
For best available rate and standard rate bookings between 27 April to 25 May and 24 September to 31 October, cancellations are free up to eight days before arrival; those made between seven and four days will be charged the 30% deposit fee, and those made within 72 hours will be charged in full. For stays on these rates between 26 May to 22 June and 4 to 23 September, cancellations are free up to 15 days before arrival; those made between 14 and eight days before arrival will be charged the 30% deposit fee, and those made within seven days will be charged in full. For stays on these rates between 23 June to 3 September, cancellations are free up to 21 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 20 and 15 days will be charged the 30% deposit fee; those made between 14 and eight days will be charged 80% of the total stay, and those made within seven days will be charged in full.
Cancellations on non-refundable rate bookings will be charged in full at all times.
