Deposit Policy

Eagles Villas requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For best available rate and standard rate bookings a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. For stays on these rates between 1 April to 22 June 2023 and 4 September to 4 November 2023, the remaining balance is due seven days before arrival, and for stays on these rates between 23 June to 3 September 2023, the remaining balance is due 21 days before arrival. Stays on the non-refundable rate will be required to pay in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

For best available rate and standard rate bookings between 1 April to 22 June 2023 and 4 September to 4 November 2023, cancellations are free up to 15 days before arrival; those made between 14 and eight days will be charged the 30% deposit fee, and those made within seven days will be charged in full. For stays on these rates between 23 June to 3 September 2023, cancellations are free up to 21 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 20 and 15 days before arrival will be charged the 30% deposit fee; those made between 14 and eight days will be charged 80% of the total stay, and those made within seven days will be charged in full. Cancellations on non-refundable rate bookings will be charged in full at all times.

All three bedrooms have king-size beds (twins are available on request). Both master bedrooms have marble ensuite bathrooms; the third bedroom has use of the guest bathroom.
