Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full. Full payment is required 15 days prior to arrival; this is non refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancelation made 15 days prior to arrival will incur a 8% service fee charge. Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival will be charged in full. All cancellations made during holiday season (20 December to 2 January) will be charged in full.

Luxury Suite with Cloud Forest View

These 55sq m suites sit on a terraced hillside, offering guests extra privacy and breathtaking views of the mountain, forest or river. Each has a private outdoor viewing deck with handcrafted rocking chairs and a jetted private pool, from which you can admire all the natural beauty. Within, there’s a cloud-soft king-size bed, and the bamboo-themed ensuite has a double sink, rainfall shower and Aromas Para el Alma bath products.
