Deposit Policy

Eliamos Villas Hotel & Spa requires a deposit of 20% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due within 29 days of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will incur a charge in full. Please be aware that cancellations made later than 1 hour after booking will incur a charge of 20 percent.
