Deposit Policy

Eliamos Villas Hotel & Spa requires a deposit of 20% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due within 29 days of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For fully flexible rates, cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival; cancellations or changes to your booking made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full. No-shows or early departures will be charged in full. Group bookings (of three or more rooms) may be subject to additional policies and fees.
