Public beach onsite, Ergon deli, open-air cinema, outdoor gym, watersports equipment and free WiFi throughout. Poolside
There isn’t one main pool, but there are plenty of rooms to pick from with their own pools for dipping in privacy. You’ll also be a few steps from the sea, if you’d rather your laps be a little longer.

The spa is set in a small beachside tent, where masseurs are ready to knead away any remaining knots with restorative oil blends and traditional techniques.

Ergon Beach House Nikiti has been built to exist peacefully alongside Halkidiki’s pristine surroundings. Natural materials are used where possible, spaces are fitted with LED bulbs, plastic is all reusable and recyclable, and the restaurant exclusively uses seasonal and locally sourced ingredients to limit food miles and support the region’s suppliers.

Hotel restaurant
Ergon is all about its food, and once you’ve spent days dining on its fresh Grecian fare, you’ll come to realise why. Every seasonal ingredient that goes into these dishes are picked with the utmost care, sustainably sourced from nearby suppliers and plated in a way that honours the region’s ability to add flavour to simple, time-honoured recipes. The hotel’s main restaurant overlooks the Aegean, serving seafood-focused mezze and crisp white wines. For something a little more laidback, beachside Balboa rests just behind stark-white sunloungers and serves up freshly fried patties and chips, all sorts of grilled meats, overflowing flatbreads and plenty of just-picked fruit. And if you’re still in need of a snack, the deli is filled with local finds from Nikiti’s growers.
Hotel bar
The bar is an easy few steps from the sunloungers, with all the classic cocktails (their Naked Paloma is particularly popular) shaken up by skilled barkeeps. You’ll also have your pick of craft beers, spirits and locally made wines, if you fancy something not quite so sweet.

Planes
There’s an international airport in Thessaloniki, which is just under an hour and a half away from the hotel by car, along the mainland’s Aegean-lapped coast. Three-person private transfers can be arranged for €120 each way (or €160 each way for a seven-person transfer).
Automobiles
If you’re planning on staying put, a car won’t be necessary. But if you’re up for a little more exploring, a set of wheels will come in handy. There are rental booths at the airports, and the hotel has free onsite parking.
Worth getting out of bed for
Ergon Beach House Nikiti puts serenity at its centre, and has its own access to an Aegean-bordered beach with plush loungers and a laidback ambience. Start mornings doing pilates and yoga as the sun rises over the sea, before heading to the beach tent for restorative spa treatments. If you’re up for some activity, kayaks and paddleboards are available to rent by the beach, or pick up one of the hotel’s bikes and take to the surrounding trails. Yachting excursions can be arranged, with scuba diving pitstops through surrounding coves, and Nikiti’s charming town centre is less than 10 minutes away by car.

Head into Nikiti for your pick of traditional tavernas, where Perasma Taverna steals hearts for its fresh, no-fuss Grecian fare. If you’re after a setting as scenic as your food, book a table at Arsanas, a waterfront restaurant that melds Mediterranean and Greek influences perfectly. A 15-minute drive across the peninsula in Ormos Panagias, fish is as fresh as it comes at Aristos, worth a visit for its storied seafood and coastal locale.

Luckily, Ergon Beach House Nikiti has set up shop on Halkidiki’s jutting coast, with the intention of reminding us just why this cuisine is such a cultural cornerstone. And we’ve the two Thessaloniki-born brothers to thank for it, who have been dishing delicacies under the Ergon name since 2011, before more recently deciding to add rooms to their repertoire, putting butter-soft beds barely a wander away.
