Deposit Policy

Estancia Vik José Ignacio requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. 100% deposit is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during peak season (23 Dec 2024 - 04 Jan 2025) and carnival season (28 Feb 2025 - 04 Mar 2025), all cancellations will be charged in full. For stays during high season (05 Jan 2025 - 27 Feb 2025), cancellations requested 60 days before check in date or less, 100% of the stay will be charged as a penalty. For stays during mid-season (05 Mar 2025 - 31 Mar 2025), cancellations requested within 30 days before check in date or less, 100% of the stay will be charged as a penalty. For stays during autumn/winter season (01 Oct 2024 - 22 Dec 2024 & 01 Apr 2025 - 22 Dec 2025), cancellations requested within 15 days before check in date or less, 100% of the stay will be charged as a penalty. In cases when a partial charge is due for cancellation, the remaining balance will be refunded as credit for use on a future stay. No-shows will be charged in full at all times.
