Deposit Policy

A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full. Jean-Michel Cousteau Resort requires a further deposit of FJD 1500, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The resort requires a non-refundable deposit of FJ$1500 within 14 days of written confirmation. The remaining balance is due within 21 days of departure.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made later than 1 hour after booking will incur a charge of 1500 FJD. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 45 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50 percent. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will incur a charge in full.
