Deposit Policy

Journey East Hampton requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. For stays during Low Season (24 March-24 May & 11 Oct-31 Dec), a deposit of the first night is due at the time of booking. For stays during High Season (25 May - 10 Oct), 100% of the booking total is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during Low Season (24 March-24 May & 11 Oct-31 Dec), cancellations made less than 14 days before 12:00 on the day of arrival will incur a charge of 1 night. For stays during High Season (25 May - 10 Oct), cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will incur a charge in full.
