Deposit Policy

Kalesma Mykonos requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. For high season, standard rate stays from 16 June to 11 September 2024, the full amount is due 21 days before arrival. For mid and low season standard rate stays from 30 May to 15 June 2024 and 12 September to 26 October 2024, the full amount is due 14 days before arrival. For Kalesma Apollon and Kalesma Artemis Villa stays, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. For non-refundable rate stays the full amount is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

For high season, standard rate stays from 16 June to 11 September 2024, you can cancel for free up to 21 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will be charged in full. For mid and low season standard rate stays from 30 May to 15 June 2024 and 12 September to 26 October 2024, you can cancel for free up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full. For Kalesma Apollon and Kalesma Artemis Villa stays, cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival will be charged for 50% of the stay. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full. For non-refundable rate stays, cancellations at any time will be charged in full. At any time, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.

The three-bedroom Apollon Villa has sweeping views of the Aegean Sea and the sunset, which silhouettes the distant island of Delos. Built to a meditative design scheme that borrows from traditional Cycladic architecture, the 240sq m villa is spread over three floors and centred around a large, open-plan living area with sofas, a wooden dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen. The living area opens onto a vast private terrace with a heated infinity pool, daybeds, lounge and alfresco dining area, all with sea views. The two master bedrooms have king-size beds; the third bedroom has twin beds. All three have ensuite bathrooms with twin sinks, a walk-in rainfall shower and a freestanding bath tub. The villa also has free WiFi, a gym with Technogym equipment, wine cooler, flatscreen TV, Sonos sound system, Nespresso coffee machine, tea and a kettle, free bottled water and Frederic Malle bath products.
