Deposit Policy

A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full. Kaner Retreat requires a further deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The hotel will send a payment link.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to seven days before arrival are eligible for a full refund minus tax; those made later will forfeit the full deposit.
