These two secluded villas are located at the highest point of the property and have impressive views of the surrounding rainforest and nearby beaches. Each spacious (180sq m) villa has a private garden and a terrace with an infinity plunge pool and a locally-made double hammock. Inside you’ll find high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, modern furnishings and a king-size bed; there’s also an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in rainfall shower. Each villa also has air-conditioning, WiFi, an in-room iPad, a minibar, an espresso machine and a set of binoculars for a spot of wildlife watching.

These dark-wood, open-plan 75sq m villas just above the tree canopy have ocean views and king-size beds. The ensuites have double slate-tiled rainfall showers with ocean views, and the private terraces – furnished with hammocks and comfy modern armchairs – are the perfect perch from which to bird-spot and admire jungle life. Each villa also has an iPad, WiFi, a minibar and wine cellar, an iPad, a coffeemaker and binoculars to help guests make the most of the views.

These extra-large (88sq m) open-plan ocean-view villas are Kura’s biggest and are particularly secluded. Ideal for honeymooners, they have king-size beds, a private terrace with a hammock overlooking the rainforest, and a living room area with a sectional sofa. The ensuite has a double rainfall shower. Each villa has WiFi, a minibar, a wine cellar, an iPad, a coffeemaker and a pair of binoculars.
