Deposit Policy

LeCrans requires a deposit of a two-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. In most cases, the deposit is due within 48 hours of confirmation, though last-minute reservations may require this to be paid when booking. If you’re only staying for one night, you pay in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel for free up to seven days before arrival; cancellations made within seven days of arrival will be charged in full. For festive stays (22 December 2023 to 4 January 2024) and February holidays (10 to 26 February 2024) cancellations can be made for free up to 60 days before arrival; those made between 30 and 60 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay while those made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full.
