Deposit Policy

L'Eldorado requires a deposit of EUR 1, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in. The €1 deposit is actually a pre-authorisation, and is taken per room booked, rather than per stay in order to check the payment card. 30 days before arrival, the €1 will be released, and the first night of the stay will be pre-authorised.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 2 days before arrival will incur a charge of 1 night.
