Deposit Policy

Long Bay Beach Resort requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. A deposit of 50 per cent of the total stay is required when booking & balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. If booking within 14 days of your arrival, the full amount is due at the time of booking. For stays during the holiday season (21 Dec.-16 Jan.), 100 per cent of the total stay is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during the holiday season (21 Dec.-16 Jan.): Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays during the rest of the year: If you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, you'll get a full refund minus a fee of $100 + tax fee. Cancellations made within 14-7 days of arrival, will be refunded 50% of their stay, minus a fee of $100 + tax. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non refundable.
