Deposit Policy

A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full. Full payment is required 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays between 16 December 2023 to 15 January 2024, all cancellations will be charged in full. At all other times, cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival; those made between 30 and 21 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay, and those made later will be charged in full.
