Deposit Policy

Mashatu Euphorbia Villas requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The remaining balance (including all transfer costs) are due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel for a 5% administration fee up to 90 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 90 and 61 days before arrival will be charged for 25% of the total stay; those made between 60 and 31 days will be charged for 50%, and those made within 30 days will be charged for the full stay.
