Deposit Policy

One&Only Mandarina requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays between 2 January to 16 April 2023 and 3 November to 14 December 2023, a deposit of two nights is required at the time of booking for Villa Pacifico and Villa One; a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for the Signature Villas, and a one-night deposit is required for all other room types. All stays between these days will be required to pay the remaining balance 21 days before arrival. For stays between 17 April to 2 November 2023, a deposit of one night’s stay is required at the time of booking for Villa Pacifico and Villa One; a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for the Signature Villas, and no deposit is needed for other room types. All stays between these dates will be required to pay the remaining balance 14 days before arrival. For stays between 15 December 2023 to 1 January 2024, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for all room types, with the remaining balance due 90 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If you leave early, you’ll be charged in full for the remaining nights, and if you stay longer or change the dates of your stay, the room rate may change. No-shows will be charged in full. For stays from 3 January to 2 November 2022, cancellations made within seven days of arrival will be charged in full, and full payment will be charged 14 days before arrival for stays in Villa Pacifico and Villa One. For stays from 3 November to 15 December 2022, cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will be charged in full. And for stays from 16 December 2022 to 1 January 2023, cancellations made within 90 days of arrival will be charged in full. If your stay is cancelled due to a mandated Covid-19 travel ban or quarantine restriction, you will be fully refunded, and if you need to quarantine at the resort, you’ll be offered a reduced rate. For bookings between 1 February and 2 November, cancellations made within seven days of arrival are non-refundable. For all villas (except Villa Pacifico), cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are refundable. For stays from 3 November to 15 December, bookings cancelled within 21 days of arrival are non-refundable. For stays from 16 December to 1 January, bookings cancelled within 90 days of arrival are non-refundable.
