Deposit Policy
Pink Sands Resort requires a deposit of a three-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
For stays until 31 October 2024, the remaining balance will be taken 14 days before arrival.
For stays from 25 December 2025 to 4 January 2025, the remaining balance will be taken 60 days before arrival.
For all other dates, the remaining balance will be taken 30 days before arrival.
If your stay is shorter than three nights, full payment is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
For stays until 31 October 2024, you can cancel for free up to 14 days before arrival.
For stays from 25 December 2025 to 4 January 2025, you can cancel for free up to 60 days before arrival.
For all other dates, you can cancel for free up to 30 days before arrival.
After these respective deadlines, you’ll be charged in full.
