Rosewood Schloss Fuschl requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. For all bookings between 19 July and 31 August (Salzburg Festival Season), you pay in full 28 days ahead of your arrival date. For chalet and house bookings at all other times, and for room and suite bookings from 29 December to 2 January, you pay in full 14 days ahead of arrival. For room and suite bookings at all other times, no deposit is required.
For all bookings between 19 July and 31 August (Salzburg Festival Season), you can cancel for free up to 28 days ahead of your arrival date; after this you’ll be charged for the full stay, plus tax. For chalet and house bookings at all other times, and for room and suite bookings from 29 December to 2 January, you can cancel for free up to 14 days ahead of your arrival date; after this, you’ll be charged for the full stay, plus tax. For room and suite bookings at all other times, you can cancel for free up until 3pm (local time), the day before your arrival date; for cancellations after this time, you’ll be charged for one night’s stay, plus tax.
