Deposit Policy

A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full. Ser Casasandra requires a further deposit of 25% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. A 25% non refundable deposit is taken at the time of confirmation. The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days prior to arrival, and as non refundable once paid.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during March 23 to 31 & December 23 to January 6, cancellation made up to 30 days before arrival, will be charged 25 per cent of the total stay . Cancellation with less than 30 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total stay as penalty. For stays during the rest of the year, cancellation made up to 15 days before arrival, will be charged 25 per cent of the total stay . Cancellation with less than 15 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total stay as penalty. Early departures and no-shows will be charged in full. In case a guest needs to request date changes, you may do so up to 20 days before arrival, and the 25% deposit is considered in favor of the new date. Date change requests with less than 20 days before arrival, the 25% deposit will be taken as a penalty.

Handmade hammocks are hung on the private balcony. On arrival, guests staying in the villa will be welcomed with Mexican wine, assorted desserts, and coffee.
