Cancellation Policy

Stays during the Mobile World Congress 2025 (1st March 2025 to 6th March 2025) will be non-refundable and non-amendable; this is inclusive of all room categories including the Suite and Grand Suite. For stays at all other times, cancellations made after 2pm within one day of arrival will be charged the first night's stay. When booking Suite Mediterraneo room and Grand Suite Mediterraneo, the following policy applies: For stays between 1st November 2024 to 28th February 2025 cancellations must be made by 2pm two days before arrival, those made later will be charged in full. For stays between 1st of July 2024 to 31st October 2024 & 6th March 2025 to 31st October 2025 cancellations must be made by 2pm five days before arrival, those made later will be charged in full.
