Deposit Policy

Siro One Za'abeel requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. For stays until 27 December 2024, between 5 January and 26 December 2025, and 5 and 11 January 2026, full payment is due one day before arrival. For stays between 28 December 2024 and 5 January 2025, and 27 December and 31 December 2025, full payment is due 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays until 27 December 2024, between 5 January and 26 December 2025, and 5 and 11 January 2026, you can cancel for free up to one day before arrival; after this, you’ll be charged in full. For stays between 28 December 2024 and 5 January 2025, and 27 December and 31 December 2025, you can cancel for free up to 14 days before arrival; after this, you’ll be charged in full.
