Deposit Policy

Six Senses Ibiza requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. For stays during low season (1 October to 28 December, 1 to 31 April and 1 to 31 October), a deposit of one night’s stay will be taken at the time of booking. For stays during shoulder season (1 May to 30 June and 1 to 30 September), full non-refundable prepayment is required seven days before arrival. For stays during peak season (1 July to 31 August), full non-refundable prepayment is required 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during low season (1 October to 28 December, 1 to 31 April and 1 to 31 October), cancellations are free up to eight days before arrival; those made within seven days of arrival will be charged for one night’s stay. For stays during shoulder season (1 May to 30 June and 1 to 30 September), cancellations are free up to eight days before arrival; those made within seven days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays during peak season (1 July to 31 August) cancellations are free up to 15 days before arrival; those made within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full. No-shows and early departures will be charged in full, at all times.
