Deposit Policy

Southern Ocean Lodge requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. Full prepayment is due two months before arrival. For stays from 18 December to 15 January, a non-refundable one-night deposit will be charged within 14 days of booking and the remaining balance is due one month before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel less than two months before arrival, you’ll be charged for 50% of the total stay; cancellations made within a month of arrival will be charged in full. For stays between 18 December to 15 January, cancellations made more than a month before arrival will be charged the one-night deposit, and those made later will be charged in full.
