Deposit Policy

Sungai Jungle Villa I requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. Payment must be received within five working days of confirmation of a booking. Final payment is required 60 days prior to check-in; in high season (15 December to 15 January and 1 July to 31 August) 90 days prior or immediately if booking is made less than 90 days before check-in. Payments should be made by electronic transfer to the Villa's bank account, details of which will be provided at time of booking. All bank charges must be paid by the guest or any incurred on the guest's behalf will be added to the final villa bill.
