Deposit Policy
Sungai Jungle Villa II requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
Payment must be received within five working days of confirmation of a booking. In low season final payment is required 21 days prior to check-in; in high season 60 days prior or immediately if booking is made less than 60 days before check-in; and in peak season 90 days prior (see below for season dates). Payments should be made by electronic transfer to the Villa's bank account details of which will be provided at time of booking. All bank charges must be paid by the guest or any incurred on the guest's behalf will be added to the final villa bill.
