Deposit Policy

For stays from 19 December to 4 January and 8 February to 9 March, a deposit equivalent to a one-night stay may be charged directly by the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled or modified more than seven days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty fee of 100% of the total booking amount. For stays from 19 December to 4 January cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty fee of 100% of the total booking amount. For stays from 8 February to 9 March cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a penalty fee of 100% of the total booking amount.
