Deposit Policy

The Chedi El Gouna requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due . The cost of one night will be pre-authorised, rather than charged, three days before arrival. Over certain peak times (8 to 13 April 2024, 29 April to 6 May 2024, 14 June to 20 June 2024, 28 October to 8 November 2024, and 27 December 2024 to 1 January 2025) the full amount will be charged at the time of booking, which is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 3 days before 12:00 on the day of arrival will incur a charge of 1 night.
