Deposit Policy

The Island Concept requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are free up until 6pm at least 10 days before arrival. Between 10 and seven days of arrival, one night will be charged. Between seven days and one day before arrival, it’s two nights. After this point, the full amount of the booking will be payable.
