Deposit Policy
The Lodge Mallorca requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel.
For semi-flexible rate bookings, the full stay will be charged 30 days prior to arrival and will not be refunded.
For flexible rate bookings in low season (1 October 2024 to 31 May 2025 and 01 October 2025 to 31 May 2026) the total amount of your reservation will be charged at the time of booking. This is non refundable if cancelled within the last 7 days prior arrival.
For flexible rate bookings in high season (1 June to 30 September 2024 and 1 June 2025 to 30 September 2025) the total amount of your reservation will be charged at the time of booking. This is non refundable if cancelled within the last 15 days prior arrival.
Non refundable rate bookings are fully non refundable and the total amount of your reservation will be charged at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
For bookings between 1 June and 30 September annually, you can cancel for free up to 15 days before your arrival date; after this, your booking is non refundable. At all other times, you can cancel for free as long as you give at least seven days’ notice; after this, your booking is non refundable. If you don’t show up (your booking will be cancelled if you don’t check in on the first night) or if you leave early, you’ll be charged the full cost of your original booking.
For semi-flexible rate bookings, cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival; those made later will be charged the full total of the stay, and no-shows will be charged in full.
