Deposit Policy

The Lodge Mallorca requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. For semi-flexible rate bookings, the full stay will be charged 30 days prior to arrival and will not be refunded. For flexible rate bookings in low season (1 October 2024 to 31 May 2025 and 01 October 2025 to 31 May 2026) the total amount of your reservation will be charged at the time of booking. This is non refundable if cancelled within the last 7 days prior arrival. For flexible rate bookings in high season (1 June to 30 September 2024 and 1 June 2025 to 30 September 2025) the total amount of your reservation will be charged at the time of booking. This is non refundable if cancelled within the last 15 days prior arrival. Non refundable rate bookings are fully non refundable and the total amount of your reservation will be charged at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival will incur a charge in full.
