Deposit Policy

The Patrick & Joan Leigh Fermor House requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in. All bookings are to be secured by a 30% deposit upon confirmation, which is non-refundable. Remaining balance to be settled not less than 9 Weeks before arrival. 800 Euro damage deposit is required which is fully refundable 4-5 days after checking out date and after inspecting the villa for any damages.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made from 60 to 22 days before arrival will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will be charged for 50 per cent of the stay, and no-shows or early departures will be charged in full.
