Cancellation Policy

For stays during high season (1 October to 30 April) cancellations made 21 to 15 days before arrival will be charged one nightâ€™s say; cancellations made 14 to eight days before arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the booking total; and cancellations made within seven days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays during low season (1 to 30 September and 1 May to 31 August) cancellations made within seven days of arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the booking total.

These 90sq m villas have views of the countryside and modern interiors with traditional Nepalese decorations. Each has a private terrace and direct access to a shared garden. Two of these pavilions have double beds and two have twin beds; an additional twin bed can be added on request. The open-plan bathroom is separated from the sleeping area by a partition wall and has a walk-in rainfall shower and a freestanding bath tub. There’s also free WiFi, a TV, an iPod dock, tea- and coffee-making kit and a minibar.
