Deposit Policy

The Silo Hotel requires a deposit of 25% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The 25% deposit is due within 14 days of booking and the balance is due 60 days before arrival. In peak season (20 December 2023 to 5 January 2024), the 25% deposit is due within seven days of booking and the balance is due 90 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 120 days before arrival, a 5% admin fee will be payable. For cancellations made between 120 and 60 days before arrival, 25% of the booking will be charged. If you cancel with fewer than 60 days to go before arrival, the full amount of the booking will be payable. In peak season (20 December 2023 to 5 January 2024), for cancellations made later than seven days after booking, 25% of the booking will be charged. If you cancel with fewer than 90 days to go before arrival, the full amount of the booking will be payable.
