Deposit Policy

For stays during high season (June to September), a 50% deposit is due 21 days before arrival. For stays during middle season (April to May), a 50% deposit is due seven days before arrival. For stays during low season (October to March), a 50% deposit is due three days before arrival. For stays between 12 to 15 March, 14 to 26 May, 17 to 22 June and 10 to 15 September full payment is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 7 days before 12:00 on the day of arrival will incur a charge in full.
