Deposit Policy

Torralbenc requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during April, May, 01 to 16 June and October, cancellations and modifications are free up to three days before arrival; those made later will be charged one night’s stay. For all other stays, cancellations and modifications are free up to 15 days before arrival; those made between 15 and eight days of arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay; those made within seven days of arrival will be charged in full. At all times, early departures, no-shows, same-day cancellations or changes will be charged in full. Date changes are subject to availability, rate differences and minimum stay requirements.
