Viceroy Ombria Resort requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out.

Cancellation Policy

If you’re staying between 11 July and 30 August, you can cancel for free up to 14 days before arrival; after this, you’ll be charged for 30% of the total stay. At all other times, you can cancel for free up to two days before arrival; after this, you’ll be charged for one night's stay. No-shows will be charged in full at all times.
