Deposit Policy

Wakax Hacienda requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel for free up to seven days before arrival, after which cancellations will be charged in full. For stays from 24 December 2022 to 10 January 2023 cancellations will be non-refundable and charged in full.
