Deposit Policy

Zanzibar White Sand requires a deposit of 20% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays between 21 December to 10 January, a 20 per cent non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival. At all other times, a 20 per cent non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays between 21 December to 10 January, cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival will be charged 20 per cent of the total stay; those made within 60 days will be charged in full. At all other times, cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will be charged 20 per cent of the total stay; those made within 30 days will be charged in full.
